5. Surveying and Levelling: Fundamental principles of Surveying and Levelling; Use of Theodolite, Chain Leveling, and Electronic Levelling instruments.

6. Drafting: Drafting of various certificates, forms, and applications under relevant acts like the Gujarat Land Records Modernization Act, 2009; Gujarat Municipal Corporation Act, 1993; Gujarat Panchayat Samadhan Adhinya Sankul Act, 2005; Gujarat Land Revenue Code.

7. Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with computer applications relevant to the work such as Spreadsheets (MS Excel), Word Processing (MS Word), and Presentation (MS PowerPoint).

8. Gujarati/English: Reading, writing, and speaking skills in Gujarati or English. Candidates should be able to comprehend and communicate effectively in the specified language.
