You will learn the basic tools of the Critical Path Method, a frequently used tool in Operations Research to monitor project implementation.
You will learn how to draw a network diagram, how to number the events, how to carry out a forward pass and a backward pass.
You will clearly understand the difference between Activity On Node (AON) and Activity On Arrow (AOA) diagram and how to move from one to the other.
